Three Ways to Sign In to aqq9
Aqq9 offers three ways to log in — mobile number and password, username and password, or OTP only. Use whichever method works best for you.
Logging in with your mobile number is the most familiar method — just enter the number and password you used during registration. The username method suits those who prefer to remember a username instead. OTP login requires no password at all — just enter the 6-digit code sent to your number. If you've forgotten your password or are signing in from a new device, OTP is the easiest option.
After logging in, check the "Remember Me" option and you won't need to enter your password again on that device — you'll be signed in automatically next time. For security reasons, avoid using this option on shared or public devices.
What to Do If You Have Login Issues
The most common reason for login issues is an incorrect password. If Caps Lock is on, your password may not match — turn it off and try again. After five failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact support.
If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number. Click that link to set a new password — the whole process takes just 3–5 minutes.
If your mobile number has changed or you no longer have access to it, email us directly at support@aqq9.best. Verify your identity with your KYC details and your account will be recovered.
Five Ways to Keep Your Account Safe
Your aqq9 account holds a real balance — so it's worth taking security seriously. Follow the steps below to keep your account protected.
Use a Strong Password
Create a password with at least 8 characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or simple number sequences.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enabling 2FA in the Settings page means no one can access your account without your phone — even if they know your password. It's the most effective protection available.
Be Careful on Public Wi-Fi
Avoid logging in on free Wi-Fi at tea stalls or public places. Using mobile data is much safer.
Check Your Login Notifications
Every time a new device logs into your account, aqq9 sends an alert via SMS or email. If you receive a notification for an unrecognized device, change your password immediately.
Log out after use
Always log out after using a shared device. Closing the browser does not log you out — you need to do it manually from the menu.
Warning: No aqq9 staff member will ever ask for your password, OTP, or full payment details. If you receive any such message or call, report it to support@aqq9.best immediately.
What to Do First After Logging In
If you're logging in after a long break or signing in on a new device for the first time, it's worth taking a few quick steps. Start by checking your account balance and any pending bonuses — visit the Promotions page to see all active offers.
Go to the Match Odds page to see a list of today's live matches. Click on the match you want, enter your stake, and confirm. Once your bet is placed successfully, a confirmation message will appear on screen and the amount will be deducted from your balance.
If you haven't downloaded the app yet, do it now — you'll get push notifications for live matches on mobile. Get instant updates whenever a wicket falls or a goal is scored in a cricket match. The aqq9 app is free for both Android and iOS.
Go to Profile Settings to set your notification preferences and select your preferred language. Setting a deposit limit ensures you stay within your budget — it's the simplest way to play responsibly.
